- What counts as an email?
- Every message imported from your mailboxes and archives, counted once even if it appears in several folders or mailboxes.
- What does the setup fee cover?
- Provisioning your instance, connecting your mailboxes, the initial import and extraction of your history, and configuring your industry template. €1,000–3,000 depending on volume.
- Where does my data live?
- In your own instance, in the region you choose — an EU data centre by default, or your own cloud or servers on Enterprise.
- Can we leave?
- Yes. Export everything as CSV or JSON at any time. When you leave, we delete all your data and give you a deletion certificate.
